Instructions:

Go to this website and download Wireless Network Watcher.

Run the program and wait for it to scan your connection.

If Wireless Network Watcher does not scan automatically, go to 'Options', select 'Advanced Options' and tick 'Use the following network adapter'. Then select your aerial and the Wi-Fi adapter you have installed.

When the program has finished scanning and processing all the information, it will show a list of all computers that are connected to your Wi-Fi.
