Do you love using Twitter? It is one of the most fashionable social networks. Apart from sharing thoughts and opinions in 140 characters, you can download videos as well as images that others have shared. Have you ever asked yourself how to download photos from Twitter using the mobile application? It is very easy and in a few simple steps you can save any image that you find and like. In this OneHowTo article we explain how to download photos from Twitter.
To download any image from the Twitter mobile app, you just need to follow a few simple steps. First access your Twitter account. Once in it, you will see your personal timeline consisting of all posts made by the people you follow and/or follow you. These tweets may just be comments, or tweets with pictures, videos or even links that combine text and images. If you've found an image that you want to download, first click on it to expand it.
When you click on the desired image, it usually opens in its own and it appears larger on the screen, and underneath is the person's tweet who originally posted the picture. If you want to download this particular photo from Twitter you must click on the upper right hand corner, where there's an icon with three points. When you click on it, three options will appear: Tweet photo, save and configuration.
As you want to save the photo on your mobile, you must click the option to automatically save it and the picture will remain stored on your smartphone. Generally any images you save from Twitter, and from other social networking applications, are instantly stored in a folder in your images gallery.
In this case, you can find the image you saved in your gallery or file area, in a folder called Twitter. Within this folder you'll see every image saved from Twitter, as each social network will have its own folder for downloaded images.
Once you access that folder on your smartphone within your gallery or files, you can view all stored content. You can edit, delete or do any other actions that your particular mobile phone may permit. You can even re-share that image or any other images you want on Twitter, other social networks like Facebook, Pinterest, Google and Instagram. You can also send it by e-mail, chat, instant messaging or Bluetooth.
